~自从改革开放也来,我国政府致力于社会主义市场经济的建设,我国的市场经济取得了长足的发展,其发展深度和广度前所未有,在国际上加入WTO,举办世博会,让我国的经济取得了长远的发展,各行各业都在快速发展,也促进了各行各业的激烈竞争,资金在各行各业不断流通,资金的注入往往都能带动相关产业的发展,如何在市场经济中快速获得资金而推动相关产业的投产成为了非常重要的因素。在激烈的市场环境中,负债经营应运而生,逐渐成为市场经济发展中普遍存在的现象,负债经营已经成为运行的普遍生产经营模式,企业通过发行债券,银行贷款,租赁和商业信用等方式筹集资金,然后投入生产,从而快速取得经济利益,取得快速发展,促进了一些大集团的诞生。但是,负债经营也给公司带来了非常大的财务风险,容易导致公司陷入财务陷阱当中。比较鲜明的是我国的房地产行业,利用改革开放的福利,庞大的商品房市场,万达等地产集团通过各种方式快速融资,充分利用负债经营取得了长远的发展,但是同时也带来了巨大的财务风险,地产公司纷纷都身负高额债务,新形势下,面对新兴产业的冲击,都面临着困境,降低财务风险势在必行,而且必须学习政府相关政策,促进企业的产业结构调整,采取措施优化内部的经营结构和经营政策。才能使大连万达等地产企业在日新月异的市场环境中立于不败之地。

The economy of our country has gained worldwide attention. All kinds of industries are enjoying unprecedented prosperity. They have also promoted fierce competition in various industries. Funds are constantly circulating in various industries, and the injection of funds can often lead to the development of related industries. How to get funds quickly in the market economy and promote the production of related industries has become an extremely important factor. In the fierce market environment, debt management came into being and gradually became For the inevitable development of the market economy, debt management has become a common mode of production and operation in operation. Enterprises raise funds by issuing bonds, bank loans, leasing and commercial credit, and then put them into production. Thus obtain the economic benefit quickly, obtain the rapid development, promoted the birth of some big groups. However, debt management also brings huge financial risk to the company, which easily leads to the financial trap. It is quite clear that the real estate industry in our country has made full use of the welfare of reform and opening up, the huge commercial housing market, Wanda and other real estate groups to make full use of debt management to obtain a long time.
